An Elite Skating Program Like No Other

⛸ Program Overview
"Foundations to Flow" is the required foundational course for players looking to skate like the most elite hockey players on the planet. Using the Downhill Skating System (DSS), this program teaches mechanics that give players unmatched speed, flow, and control on the ice.

  • The foundation of all elite hockey skills: skating, puck handling, shooting, and game IQ.

  • Backed by science and technology: iPad demonstrations and real-time video feedback.
  • Players receive weekly video analysis to track their progress.
This program is the first step to advancing into Zakktics – Coach Zakk's exclusive advanced tactics program, launching for the first time in April, and open only to graduates of Foundations to Flow.
📅 Program Details
  • Dates: Starts January 6th (Mondays) and January 8th (Wednesdays)⚠️ Note: Sessions may occasionally shift at short notice; you'll be notified ASAP.
  • Time: 7:00 AM – 8:05 AM

  • $780 for 13 weeks ($60/session). $1,560 for both weekly sessions.
